1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between sking66 ("the Company", "we", "us") and any individual ("Player", "you") who accesses, registers with, or uses the sking66 platform located at sking66.net and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces (collectively, "the Platform").

By completing the registration process, accessing the Platform, placing any bet, or using any service offered by sking66, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not accept these Terms, you must cease using the sking66 Platform immediately.

sking66 operates under an international gaming authority licence. These Terms are consistent with the obligations imposed by that licence and with applicable responsible gaming standards.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the sking66 Platform is subject to the following eligibility criteria, all of which must be satisfied on a continuing basis:

• You must be an individual (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) using the Platform for personal, recreational purposes only.

• Employees, contractors, and agents of sking66 and its affiliated companies are not eligible to hold player accounts or place bets on the Platform.

sking66 uses age verification procedures during registration and reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence at any time. Any winnings associated with an account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age will be forfeited and the account closed.

3. Account Registration & Responsibilities

To use the betting and gaming services on sking66, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to all sking66 accounts:

• One Account Per Player: Each player may hold only one sking66 account. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.

• Account Verification: sking66 may require identity, address, and payment method verification before processing withdrawals or granting access to certain services. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account restrictions.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on sking66 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following conditions govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted deposit methods include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Hong Leong Bank, Public Bank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and USDT TRC20. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the same name as the sking66 account holder. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are specified within the sking66 cashier interface and may differ by payment method.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. Processing times vary by payment method; e-wallet withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes for verified accounts during normal operating hours.

5. Betting Rules & Game Play

All bets and game rounds on sking66 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product (sportsbook, live casino, slots, speciality games). The following general rules apply across all products:

• Bets accepted by the sking66 system are final and binding, except where these Terms or specific game rules expressly provide otherwise.
• sking66 reserves the right to void bets placed at palpably incorrect odds, on events affected by clear technical error, or where there is evidence of bet manipulation or exploitation of system errors.
• Live casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical events captured on live video feed. sking66 does not control or manipulate game outcomes.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, sking66 offers promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other incentive programmes. The following general conditions apply:

• Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published alongside the promotion and form part of these Terms by reference.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players. sking66 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim bonus funds where it reasonably believes abuse of the bonus system has occurred.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before the bonus balance or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in the individual promotion terms.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Players must not engage in any conduct that is unlawful, harmful to sking66 or other players, or contrary to the integrity of the Platform. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Providing false identity or payment information
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform
• Colluding with other players or engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of cheating
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or system vulnerabilities — any winnings derived from a known or exploited error may be voided
• Using the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or any other financial crime
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing sking66 staff or other players

Breach of any prohibition in this section may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the sking66 Platform — including but not limited to software, design elements, graphics, text, logos, game content, and data — is the property of sking66 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, recreational purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any sking66 content without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• sking66 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• sking66 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
• sking66's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you in the 12-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Responsible Gaming

11. Amendments to Terms

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sking66 holds its gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter informally. If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days of written notice, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitral body specified in the sking66 licence terms. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
